About PCR:

PCR simply means Personal Computer Repair.  PCR  is a one owner entity striving to prove that sometimes the best service is rendered by individuals who care about other individuals, unlike the large corporations that seem to be "too big for their britches".
Looking someone in the eyes and hearing their plea to relieve them of a problem they cannot solve on their own is the way we begin a service call.  In return we want to be able to stand before our customers and tell them that the problem is solved.
Being open and honest is the only way to conduct business.  Technology is used against people every day; we refuse to do the same.  We are aware of the decreasing value of electronics and use our awareness to justify pricing.  We are not too ashamed to inform our customers that repairs may not be in their best interest.
We are not from the 'old school', so we may be looked down upon by others in the computer repair business.  It is only fare to mention that everything from the 'old school' is just that...old and also outdated.  We stay current with technology of today:  VoIP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Blackberry, FLASH, USB, Fire wire, MP3.  However, we specialize in aiding technology of yesterday, only when it is feasible.
